At Sustainify Ministries, our mission is simple yet profound: to bring hope, dignity, and lasting change to the less fortunate communities across Uganda. Our story begins in 2019, when our founder, Muyinza Joshua Castle, saw the urgent needs of his community. A lack of access to basic needs like clean water, sanitation, healthcare, and education was leading to a cycle of poverty and despair. Muyinza knew he had to act.
Driven by his deep faith and a calling to serve, Muyinza launched Sustainify Ministries in Mukono district, along the shores of Lake Victoria. From the very beginning, the goal was to reach the most vulnerable members of society—the children without school fees, families suffering from preventable diseases, and communities without access to clean water. These were not just statistics; they were neighbors, friends, and fellow Ugandans who needed help.
The ministry focuses in improving people’s lives through providing them with clean water,
attaining education through providing them with school fees, school requirements, supporting a
girl child through providing them with hand skills for example hand beading, craft making with
the main aim of helping them to attain a source of income and also helping them to be busy to
prevent boredom which would result into temptations. The ministry also distributes composting
toilets to the people in different communities with the main aim of improving people’s hygiene,
through this incredible project many people healthy have improved positively
