Muyinza Joshua Castle, a Ugandan by birth and a God-fearing individual, is the visionary founder of Sustainify Ministries, located in Mukono district along the shores of Lake Victoria. Raised by devoted Christian parents, Mubeezi Resty and the late Buulo Zachariah, Muyinza’s life has been shaped by faith, compassion, and a deep desire to serve others.
Driven by the pressing challenges in his community—such as high school dropout rates due to lack of school fees, poor sanitation leading to diseases like malaria and cholera, and a lack of access to clean water—Muyinza responded to a call from God to bring about change. He founded Sustainify Ministries on January 28th, 2019, with a vision to transform lives through Christ-centered solutions.
Muyinza’s leadership has resulted in tangible impacts across the region. His ministry has improved sanitation by distributing composting toilets, which also provide natural manure for farming, thus enhancing food security. He has overseen the digging of boreholes, ensuring that communities have access to clean water. Additionally, Muyinza is dedicated to empowering the girl child through counseling and teaching them valuable skills like handcraft-making, allowing them to earn an income and improve their futures.
